Viraj Real Estate
Plotted developments in Basti, Siddharthnagar and Lucknow. We built the brand identity and the visual and digital presentation for Anil Amber Society, Basti.

The brief
Viraj Real Estate had plots to sell at Anil Amber Society, a 2.28 acre residential and commercial layout on Station Road in Basti, about 350 metres from the railway station by Google Maps.
In its own sales questionnaire, Viraj named three reasons buyers choose it: approved and legal documentation, investment potential, and trust and reputation. Everything we made had to carry those three things, and move a buyer from seeing the project to visiting the site.
Brand identity
The business began as Viraj Properties. It is now Viraj Real Estate, and the identity was built around the new name.

The logo is a VR monogram with a skyline built into it, above a serif wordmark and a short tagline. The palette is deep navy and gold with white and a warm grey. Headings use a classic serif, body text a clean sans-serif.
- Deep navy
- Gold
- White
- Warm grey
A guidelines document sets out how the identity is used: logo clear space and minimum size, colour and print finishes, the tone of imagery, and the rules for Google Business Profile, Meta and print, so that everything Viraj publishes looks like one company. See our brand identity service.
The identity was then carried into the creative for social media and the digital brochure.

Starting with the location
A list of distances does not tell a buyer much. We worked from Google Maps and satellite imagery to understand what the location means in daily life: a station within walking distance, an existing neighbourhood around it, and city access with a residential feel.
That became the line the communication is built around: an established part of Basti where everyday city access and residential calm exist together.
From site plan to masterplan
The layout was turned from a technical site plan into a masterplan a buyer can read at a glance. We kept the plot configuration, the internal roads and their widths, the entry, the commercial and residential plots, the open areas, the boundaries and the surroundings exactly as they are.
Accuracy came first. Visual polish came second.
3D and brochure
We made 3D exterior views of the Anil Amber gate and frontage, walkthrough films and motion renders, and a digital brochure (PDF). The brochure is laid out like a property book rather than a flyer. It moves from the project to its location and surroundings, then the masterplan, then what makes Viraj different, and ends with how to visit and contact. Its job is to give the sales team something solid to send when a prospect asks for more information.

Website
The Viraj website covers all three projects with measured distances, road widths and approvals stated plainly. The main action throughout is to book a site visit, not to buy immediately.
Social media and Google
The posts do not repeat “buy plots today”. They talk about the place, the layout and the people who are starting to build there. One post in Hindi reads:
लोग यहाँ सिर्फ plot नहीं ले रहे, अपने घर भी बना रहे हैं।
We are also setting up Viraj’s Google Business Profile and Meta presence so that people searching in Basti find the project and can call or visit.
Result
Viraj reports a rise in enquiries. Calls now come not only from local buyers but also from international callers, and from companies and MSME industries interested in investing in Basti, Lucknow and the other locations on the site.
Status
Ongoing. We do not publish lead or booking numbers here until Viraj has confirmed them.
